Appointment calls and text messages

When you contact Matrix Facility Solutions to request a facility walkthrough, we use the name, phone number, address, and appointment details you provide to arrange and confirm the visit. We record whether you explicitly agree to receive appointment-related text messages. Text consent is optional and separate from agreeing to an appointment.

We use Twilio and mobile carriers to deliver these messages and process delivery information. We do not sell your phone number or share your text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. You may reply STOP to stop appointment texts, or contact us at contact@matrixfacilitysolutions.us or (727) 761-9990 to ask about your information.

Website analytics

Matrix Facility Solutions uses analytics only after a visitor chooses to allow them. We record meaningful pages viewed, approximate region, referral source and an anonymous browser identifier to understand interest in our commercial cleaning services.

We do not receive Google search histories, passwords, payment information or the identity of an individual from this analytics system. Anonymous activity is not presented as a confirmed buyer.

Purpose and retention

Analytics information is used to improve our website, evaluate business interest and respond to direct enquiries. Repeated page views are limited, automated bots and admin pages are excluded, and analytics records are retained for up to 180 days. Visitors may decline analytics in the consent notice.
