We offer flexible agreements built around your facility's needs. Term length and cancellation terms are outlined clearly in your service proposal so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum facility size or contract length?+
No single minimum applies to every account. We evaluate single-suite offices, warehouses, and multi-building portfolios individually during the walkthrough.
